摘要
以不同熟期6个粳稻和6个籼稻品种(系)进行不完全双列杂交,配制36个籼粳杂种F_1,经相关和回归分析表明:籼粳杂种F_1的生育期与粳稻亲本以及高亲值和中亲值呈极显著相关,与籼稻亲本相关不显著。配合力分析表明:亲本生育期的一般配合力与其亲本本身生育期长短基本一致;中粳02428和77302-1与中籼IR58的早熟性配合力较好,可作为籼粳亚种间杂交稻的亲本。研究还表明:籼粳杂种F_1的生育期感光感温性主要受感光感温性较强的高亲值亲本的影响。
6 indica and 6 japonica varieties (lines) with different growth-durations were crossed in incomplete diallel fashion to get 36 indica-japonica crosses. The correlation and regression analyses (table 1~3) showed that the correlation of the growth-duration of F, hybrids with their japonica parents, longer growth-duration parents, and mean growth-duration values of both parents is highly significant while that with their indica parents is not significant. The analyses of combining ability (table 4) showed that the parental general combining ability (GCA) values of growth-durations in F_1 hybrids are basically consistent with growth-duration values of their parents, however, two japonica lines '02428' and '77302-1' and one indica variety ' IR58' have good GCA of early-maturity, which may be good parents in indica-japonica hybrid rice. The results also indicated that the sensitivity of F_1 hybrids in growth-duration to daylength and temperature is mainly influenced by the parent which is more sensitive to daylength and temperature (table 5).
