摘要
於油菜三叶期喷施浓度为200ppm的MET可提高秧苗素质及其抗寒力,并增加移载后以活率,是提高油菜籽产量的生物学基础。MET提高油菜秧苗抗寒性的生理学表现之一是减少细胞电解质泄漏,增强细胞膜稳定性。MET提高油菜秧苗抗寒性的重要原因是根系发达、根冠比提高,吸收能力强。单株^(32)P吸收量是对照的1.65倍,^(32)P输出率也比对照高。根系吸收的^(32)P主要输送至叶片。
MET (Multi-Effect Triazole) with the concentration of 200ppm applied to the rape seedling at 3-leaf stage in field increased the cold resistance and survival rate of rape in field which is the biological base for increasing rapeseed yeild. MET resulted in reduced stem elongation and dry weight of shoot, but significantly increased the growth and dry weight of root and the ratio of root to stem. The reduction of electrolytic leakage rate of leaf cell of rape seedling was observed in the treated plant. More significantly increased content of 32P uptake was observed than that in control plant. The results showed that the root of the rape plant treated with MET grew stronger than that of control one.
