摘要
本文采用十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)新型阻燃剂对聚苯乙烯(PS)进行阻燃改性,研究了DBDPE的阻燃机理、其与Sb2O3的协同阻燃效应及其对PS阻燃性能、物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,DBDPE与DBDPO阻燃效果相当,偶联剂处理后的DBDPE与Sb2O3复合阻燃剂协同阻燃的PS具有良好的综合性能。
This paper adopted a new flaming retarder of decabromo diphenyl ethane(DBDPE) to modi-fying the flaming retarding polystyrene(PS), studied the flaming retarding principle of DBDPE, and thecombined flaming retarding effect with Sb203 and influenced the flaming retarding performance、thephysical mechanism of PS. The result showed that the flaming retarding effect of DBDPE and DBDPO werenearly the same, after coupler treated, PS with DBDPE and Sb203 compounded the flaming retarding tohave a good synthesized performance.
