摘要
随着各种视频压缩标准的制定、计算机软硬件与网络技术的发展,基于内容的视频信息检索从20世纪90年代开始,逐步成为研究热点,其中基于运动特征的视频信息检索则是一个重要的研究分支。本文从运动信息的提取、运劝特征的表示和基于运动特征的检索算法这三个方面回顾基于运动特征的视频信息检索技术的研究进展。
With the establishment of video compression standards and the development of computer software, hardware and network technologies, content-based video information retrieval has become a new research topic since 1990s. Motion features based video information retrieval plays an important role in content-based video information retrieval. In this paper,we present a survey on motion features based video information retrieval techniques.
