摘要
基于生物免疫系统中的互联耦合免疫网络学说,构建了一种新颖的网络突现计算模型。该模型通过生物网络结构中的生物实体之间的相互作用形成超级实体,或进一步形成超级实体网络,来实现生物网络中的服务突现。在生物网络仿真平台上,通过设计和实现生物实体、超级实体和超级实体网络之间的相互作用,验证了基于互联耦合免疫网络计算模型的突现服务能满足用户的各种需求。
We propose a new model for network emergence computation based on mutual-coupled immune network hypothesis in biological immune systems. The service emergences of the bio-networks are implemented by the super-entities generated from the interaction among the bio-entities, or the super-entity networks generated from the interaction among the super-entities in bio-network architecture. In our bio-network simulation platform,we design and implement the bio-entities, the super-entities, and the interaction among the super-entities, and examine the emergent services generated from the mutual-coupled immune network computation model can satisfy various users' requirements.
