猎蜡科(Reduviidae)昆虫吸食昆虫及小动物的体液(少数除外),是同翅目、半翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目等昆虫的有效天敌[lj.近年来,对浙江省猎蜷科昆虫的种类和分布进行了初步调查,发现浙江省猎蜻科昆虫有73种,分别隶属于8个亚科.
A preliminary survey was made of the family Reduviidae in Zhejiang province. Sixty-four species belonging to seven subfamilies have so far been recorded in the province. Nine species and one subfamily are recorded for the first time from the province in this paper.
