摘要
采用三因素二次通用旋转回归设计进行试验,获得在本试验条件下目标产量亩产皮棉75kg以上的氮、磷、钾优化配方施肥最佳组合方案.在此基础上进行试验验证,探讨研究了氮、磷、钾优化配方施肥对棉花的生理影响效应.结果表明:优化配方施肥能显著提高盛花前棉株根系活力,适当增加群体光合叶面积,提高净光合生产率,显著提高棉株功能叶中核酸含量,调控游离氨基酸含量和碳、氮营养比例,有利于调节光合产物分配,提高经济系数,从而增加棉花产量.
Regression method of orthogonal conic substitution with 3 factors has been employed in this study.The model of lint yield response to the doses of N,P and K fertilisers was preliminarily established, and the optimum fertilization scheme of N,P and K was obtained. In accordance with the scheme,a verification experiment was carried out to study the physiological effects of fertilization based on optimized formulation in cotton. The result showed that the fertilization based on optimized formulation enhanced the root-vigour of cotton plant before the flowering peak. The changes of leaf area index were more resonable than that of CK.and net photosyn-thetic production rate or nucleic acid content was significantly higher than that of CK in different stages. Meanwhile,it could help bring about the sugar-nitrogen ratio and free amino acids to maintain at an adequate level in functional leaf, by regulating the intensity of nitrogen and sugar metabolism of cotton. It could also coordinate the vegetative and reproductive growth,and increase the harvest index. So,the lint yield was enhanced.
