摘要
应用植物天然产物HR系列的两个制剂(代号为“HR-86”,“HR-35”)作为蛋鸡热应激时的解除剂,以饲料添加剂的形式混入饲料,喂给产蛋母鸡来提高蛋鸡的抗热应激反应的能力.实验室研究表明,添加适量HR系列制剂后,试验鸡血清总LDH水平分别比对照组降低20％左右,碱性磷酸酶水平提高10％左右.生产性能试验表明,添加适量“HR-86”和“HR-35”后,可分别提高产蛋率8.2％和9.4％.
Natural plant products (named 'HR-86', 'HR-35' ) as agent-relieving of heat stress for laying hens were applied in our study. The method was adding optimum dose to the ration of laying hens. The research in our laboratory snowed that the level of the total LDH in serum of the laying hens in the experimental groups was lower than that of the control group ( about 20%, p<0.01 ) , and the level of alkaline phosphoesterase was higher (about 10%, p>0.05) .Production tests showed that the produce of eggs was increased at 8.2% and 9.4% ( p<0.01 ) respectively after adding optimum dose of 'HR-86' and 'HR-35'.
