摘要
R厂投产十年期间其所用锅炉均产生严重的水垢,影响安全生产和经济效益发挥。采取水垢样品进行化学定性分析、定量分析,结果为硅酸盐水垢。长期原水分析结果,成垢物质“SiO2”来源于原水中;R厂水质处理工艺系统缺乏除硅措施,炉水处理未作严格控制是产生水垢的直接原因。
During the decade, when factory R put into production, all the b oilers used form serious scaling, affecting safe operation and economic benefit . The result of chemic qualitative and quantitative analysis on the sample is si licate scaling. Long-term analytical results on crude water indicate that SiO2 r oots in crude water.The water treatment technique system in Factory R is lack of the step of removing silicon. Water treatment has not been strictly controlled is the direct reason of forming scaling.
