摘要
目的 :探讨如何满足患者需求 ,提高其满意度和护理服务质量。方法 :通过对 4 97例住院患者发放护理工作满意度调查表 ,调查患者对护理工作的满意度。结果 :调查中对护理工作作出优、良评价者占调查对象的75 % ,评价为差者占 2 5 %。结论 :护士应根据不同层次患者的需求进行护理服务 ,以不断提高住院患者的满意度。
Objective:To investigate for patients' need and improve their satisfactory degree.Method:497 inpatients had been investigated for their satisfactory degree through questionaire.Result:75 were expressed excellent or good.25% unsatisfactory.Conclusion:Nurses should meet patients' various need,improve their nursing standard.
