摘要
目的 :探讨高血压病人的心脏的结构及功能改变。方法 :观察 114 6例高血压病人的心脏二维 ,M型 ,彩色血流及多普勒的超声特点改变。结果 :左心大 4 37例 ,升主动脉增宽 4 2 4例 ,主动脉瓣退行性变 4 5 6例 ,左室E/A <1或E/A >95 8例 ,右心增大 11例 ,肺动脉高压 5 4例。结论 :高血压病不仅对左心 ,动脉和瓣膜有损害 ,也对左心。
Objective To study heart′s structure and function in patients with cssential hypertension. Methods 1 164 patients with hypertension were examined by tow dimensional echocardiography, M mode echocardiography and color Dopple Flow Imgine. Results 473 patients were fount left atrium and/or ventricular large, 424 patients were found ascending aorta widen, aortic valve calcification in 456 patients, E/A<1 or E/A>2 in 958 patians, right atrium and/or ventricular large in 11 patiants, pulmonary hypertension in 54 patients. Conclusions Hypertension injured not only left atrium and ventricular, aortic and valve, but also right atrium and/or ventricular and pulmonary.
