摘要
在探讨企业核心竞争力概念的基础上,归纳出企业核心竞争力的5个组成部分,并通过部分企业核心竞争力形成的实际案例及其相关要素分析,提出了打造和提升企业核心竞争力的途径。
Based on discussing the conception of the core competence of the corporation,this paper summarizes five parts of the core competence of the corporation,namely technological capability,managerial capability,innovative capability,market prediction and responsive capability,integration capability.By studying some real case of the core competence of the corporation and analyzing the relevant essential element,the methods of making and promoting the core competence of the corporation were pointed out.
