摘要
以水为溶剂,w(H2O2)=30%的双氧水为引发剂,在过渡金属离子催化作用下合成了聚马来酸,以溴值、防垢率为指标确定了催化剂、引发剂及反应温度等合成条件。实验结果表明,在催化剂用量为30μg/g(单体)、m(引发剂)∶m(马来酸酐)=1∶2、引发剂滴加3h、反应温度100℃条件下的合成产物,溴值低于150mg/g,产品质量浓度为8mg/L时,防垢率达93 52%;产品与1 羟基亚乙基二膦酸(HEDP)按质量比1∶1复配后,总的质量浓度2mg/L时防垢率即可达90 0%以上,具有明显的协同效应。
Polymaleic acid was synthesized in water as solvent with H_2O_2 as initiator and a transition metal ion as catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions were determined according to the bromine value and efficiency of scale inhibition of the product.Thus,with catalysts=30 μg/g (monomer) and m (initiator)∶ m (maleic anhydride)=1∶ 2 at reaction temperature of 100 ℃,product with bromine value less than 150 mg/g was prepared.The inhibition rate of calcium carbonate scale is 93.52% when the mass concentration of product is 8 mg/L.There are coordination effects in scale inhibition when the product was used together with 1-hydroxyethylenediphosphonic acid.
