摘要
目的 :通过改进输液室护士洗手方法 ,达到简单、省时、有效的目的。方法 :采用普通洗手液洗手、过氧乙酸擦手法洗手和碘伏擦手法洗手三种方法 ,洗手后采标本培养作菌落计数比较。结果 :过氧乙酸擦手法洗手和碘伏擦手法洗手效果明显优于普通洗手方法 ,P<0.01。过氧乙酸擦手法洗手和碘伏擦手法洗手两者无显著差异 ,P>0.05。结论 :碘伏擦手法对皮肤无刺激性、易被护士接受 ,洗手效果佳。可以替代普通洗手法和过氧乙酸擦手法洗手。
Objective:To improve the way of washing hands and make it easier and more effective.Methods:The specimens from nurse's hands using ordinary wash liquid,wiping with peracetic-acid or Iodine were taken for culture.Results:There was better result with wiping hands using peracetic-acid and Iodine(P<0.01)There was no significant difference between peracetic-acid and Iodine(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wiping hands with Iodine has considered as the better way to clean nurse's hands as it has less side effects and less skin irritation.It is easier to apply to the clinical practice.
