摘要
目的 建立确定医学参考值的多个回归方程法。方法 使用统计软件建立方程 ,应用相应统计方法确定各指标适宜的参考值范围的百分数 ,通过医学资料实际应用 ,确定方法可行性。结果 通过医学资料具体应用 ,所建立参考值范围可用于临床实践。结论 确定医学参考值范围的多个回归方程法是一个完善的统计方法。
Objective To establish the method of multiple regression equations to determine medical reference ranges. Methods The suitable percentages of reference ranges for every index were determined by corresponding statistical methods. The equations were determined with stalistical software. The reliability of this method was determined through medical practice. Results The reference ranges determined by this method can be applied to clinical practice.Conclusion The method of multiple regression equation is a good and useful statistical method.
