The Synthetical Assessment of Eco-environment in Gansu Province

摘要 利用因子分析法、Delphi法和头脑风暴法 ,经过多次综合专家意见 ,最终确定 2 6项指标作为甘肃省生态环境质量综合评价体系。自然生态系统由水环境、森林生态系统、草地生态系统和土壤生态系统 4个次一级系统组成 ,包括降水量等 1 6项指标 ;社会经济系统由社会经济条件和人为环境压力构成 ,包括人口密度等 1 0项指标。利用层次分析法 (AHP)定量各指标的权重 ,表明水土流失是影响甘肃省生态环境最重要的因素 ,其次为降水量与水资源。通过综合评价表明 ,甘南州、陇南地区、张掖市的生态环境质量较好 ,甘肃中部广大黄土高原地区次之 ,河西走廊的武威市。 The eco system can be divided into natural and social sub systems. The former consists of water resources, land resources, forest ecology and grass ecology. The later includes the social and economic conditions and human pressure on eco environment. The methods of factorial analysis, Delphi and Charrette are combined to choose the synthetical assessment indexes of environment in Gansu Province, which are composed of 26 factors. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to decide the weight arrangement of all environmental factors, among which soil erosion is the most important and then precipitation and water resources. The result of synthetical assessment of environment in Gansu Province shows that the environmental quality in Gannan is the best and then, Longnan and Zhangye. Wuwei, Jinchang and Jiayuguan, which are characteristic of low precipitation and short of water resources, are suffering from the worst environment, where the desertification is the main problem. It is obvious that the result of assessment is well in accordance with the conditions in Gansu Province, which, in turn, indicate that the indexes for environmental assessment are reasonable and can be used in the future in Gansu Province for comparison between different regions and different times.
