摘要
报道15例卵巢内胚窦瘤,平均年龄22.5岁,术前测定血清AFP定量为274～3740ng/ml,主要症状为腹痛、腹块迅速增长、腹胀、发热。病变均在单侧卵巢,体积较大,易与周围脏器粘连,转移亦早。本组就诊时12例属Ⅲ期,3例属Ⅰ～Ⅱ期,预后不良。只有早期确诊,及时手术和有效的联合化疗,才能获得良好预后。
Fifteen cases of ovarian endodermal sinus tumor ,averaging22.5 years old were reported Pre-operative serum alpha-fetoprotein values were 274 ~3740ng/ml. The main symptoms were pain and distension with rapidly growing abdominal mass and fever. All case involved unilateral ovary, they all had larger volume strongly adhered to the adjacent organs with early metastase.
Twelve patients of this group were of Ⅲ stage,3 Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ stage when diagnosed,they all had bad progress. It shows that early diagnosis and operation and combined with prompt chemotherapy treatment are helpful for the obtaining of progrosis.
