摘要
本文采用多种上皮性标记物的免疫组织化学技术,对非肿瘤性鼻咽上皮的抗原表达特性进行研究。结果表明鼻咽部所有上皮均表达角蛋白,但性质不同的上皮所表达的分子量不同。采用商品化癌胚抗原多克隆抗血清可能存在非特异性反应,至于上皮膜抗原则见于鼻咽部所有上皮成分。对上皮性标记物在鼻咽部组织表达的规律及意义作了探讨。
The characteristies of antigenic expression of non - tumours nasopharyngesl epithelial were studied by immunohistochemical procedures using various epithelial markers. The results show all kinds of nasopharyngeal epithelial express keratin and epithelial membrane antigen,but for different kind epithelium the keratin expressed is different in molecular weight. There may be non-specific reaction present if the commercial polyclonal antiserum of carcinoembryonic antigen were used. The regula pattern of expression and their significance of these epithelial markers in nasopharyngeal tissue were discussed.
