摘要
采用原位聚合的方法 ,制备了多壁碳纳米管 /聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料。多壁碳纳米管经过强酸氧化处理 ,表面具有有机活性。碳纳米管的加入并未使聚合诱导期延长 ,但令体系粘度增加 ,自加速现象提早出现。DMA和TGA的研究表明 ,碳纳米管用量少于 1 0 %的复合物玻璃化温度降低 ,分解温度无显著变化。加入 1 0 %的碳纳米管可以使PMMA复合材料冲击强度提高 80 %以上。断面扫描电镜表明 。
Carbon nano-scale tubes(CNTs)/PMMA composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization. CNTs were first treated by strong acid to exhibit surface organic activity. The addition of CNTs did not prolong the induction period of the polymerization, but made the viscosity of the system increased, resulted in an earlier self-acceleration. The heat properties of the composite were studied by DMA and TGA. The results showed that when the content of CNTs was less than 1.0%, the glassy transition temperature of the composites lower than that of PMMA and the decomposition point had no evidently change; when the content of CNTs was 1.0%, the impact strength of the composite increased by more than 80%. SEM images displayed that CNTs were dispersed single by single in the matrix.
