摘要
本文指出了目前地对地导弹发射程序的主要缺陷,在吸收国外先进的项目管理软件技术基础上,建立起导弹发射程序动态优化网络系统.列举了在导弹发射时刮风下雨的天气实例,分析了这一变化情况对导弹发射程序的影响.运用本系统对发射程序进行动态优化调整,效果明显,确保了导弹按时完成发射任务.
The main disadvantage of present launching program for surface to surface missile is discussed A dynamic optimu network system of missile launching program is made according to analysing some advanced project manageme software abroad. The principle of this system is explained through an example. It is shown that the system is useful for adjusting the launching program, and the launching mission can be completed on time.
