摘要
目的 :报道苏格兰Dundee大学研制的微接触钢板生物力学性能及其治疗骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法 :将材料、尺寸完全一致的MCP、DCP、LC DCP行四点弯曲和扭转实验 ,评价其生物力学性能。临床观察对 19例长管状骨骨折进行MCP固定后的骨折愈合时间、骨痂生长情况 ,综合评价该钢板的优越性。结果 :MCP弯曲刚度显著强于DCP、LC DCP (P <0 0 5 ) ,扭转刚度弱于DCP (P <0 0 5 )但显著强于LC DCP (P <0 0 5 )。股骨、胫骨、肱骨骨折平均愈合时间分别为 12、 13、 10周 ,所有骨折均愈合 ,术后 6个月均弃拐行走或正常持物。结论 :MCP固定可靠 ,骨折愈合快 ,是治疗骨干骨折的较理想手段 ,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective:To report the mechanical property and the clinical results of minimum-contact plate (MCP) made by Dundee University of Scottland in the treatment of diaphyseal fracture.Methods:Four-point bending and torsion tests were conducted to compare the new minimum contact plate with dynamic compression plate and limited contact dynamic compression plate.Through the analysis of clinical effect after the use of the minimum-contact plate in the treatment of 19 cases diaphyseal fracture,the superiority of such kind of plate could be evaluated.Results:The average time for healing of femoral,tibial and humeral fracture was 12,13and 10 weeks respectively.All fracture were healed.Conclusion:The MCP is reliable and can accelerate bone healing.It is an effective method in the treatment of diaphyseal fracture and worth to be further applied.
