手法整复钳夹固定治疗胫骨远侧骨骺损伤 被引量:4

Treatment of distal tibial epiphysis injury by manual reduction and forceps-holder fixation

摘要 目的 :探讨儿童胫骨远侧Ⅱ、Ⅳ型骨骺骨折理想的整复和固定方法。方法 :充分牵引下手法复位和在骺板轻度分离状态下钳夹固定 ,辅以前后或“U”型石膏夹外固定治疗胫骨远侧Ⅱ、Ⅳ型骨骺损伤 2 6例。结果 :去除钳夹固定时间平均 43d。经平均 14个月的随访 ,治愈 2 1例 ,好转 3例 ,未愈 2例 ;治愈好转率 92 3 %。结论 :在骺板轻度分离状态下手法整复和钳夹固定 ,是减轻生发层受到挤压的有益措施 ,有利于骨折愈合和骨骺发育。
