摘要
本文通过介绍MES ISA-S95国际标准对管理模型和生产模型集成指导作用,并以制造执行系统在烟草行业的应用为实例,阐明MES系统是生产到企业(商务)管理的必然交通要道,是优化生产控制和商务流程的最佳层次,是企业战略规划的具体实施,使流程工业和批量过程工业摆脱困惑,并在变化的国际环境中健康地生存和发展的重要途径。
Based on the MES ISA-S95 industrial standard with the example of the application in tobacco industry,the paper interpretes MES is the best level to optimize the production control and business process, it is theimplementation of enterprise strategic planning, it also is one of the most important way which can help processbatch industry out of difficulty and develop smoothly and healthily.
