摘要
目的 探讨客观的营养状况评价方法 ,了解大学生营养状况。 方法 采用随机抽样法抽取 1~ 4年级 185名 18~ 2 5岁大学生 ,测量身高、体质量、臂围、三头肌皮脂厚度 ;采用体质量指数、BMI指数、三头肌皮脂厚度、上臂肌围等方法对大学生的营养状况进行分析。 结果 被调查的大学生 60 %左右体质量正常 ,但体质量不足和超重现象也同时存在。不同的评价方法其结果差异明显。 结论 应选用不同的评价指标 ,综合评价大学生的营养状况 ,对于改善营养状况干预措施的制定和实施 。
Objective This study was designed to evaluate nutritional assessment and investigate the nutritional status of college students. Method Randomly collected 185 18~25 years old students from 1~4 grades and measured everybody's height,weight, mid arm circumference,skin fold thickness;calculated the index of weight, BMI,and so on to assess the nutritional status. Results 60% Students were normal weight, others were underweight or overweight. And there was obvious difference the status assessed by different nutritional assessment. Conclusion It will be more significant for help to take the effective the nutritional intervention measurements by using the synthetic assessments assess the student nutritional status.
