摘要
风能是一种非常具有开发和利用价值的新能源 ,目前在我国的研究和开发尚处于起步阶段 ,利用方面尤其如此。我国北方地区尽管风能资源丰富、可开发利用价值高 ,但开发利用程度相对其总量来说是微乎其微 ,具有极其巨大的开发潜力。它的发展 ,对解决我国的能源短缺 ,经济可持续发展 ,环境保护等都具有特别重要的意义。
The Wind energy is a new energy source with great value in its exploitation,Now is study and development in our country is still in the begining stages,especially in its utilization.Although there are abundant wind energy source with high value of the exploitation,the extent to which wind energy can be exploited is next to nothing,relative to the total amount of utilization.So there is great potential to exploit wind energy,and it is very significant for the resolution of the shortage of energy and the continuance of the development of econormy and enviorment in the future of our country.
