摘要
法律经济学是 2 0世纪西方法学界也是经济学界发展最快的领域之一 ,也是 2 0世纪后半个世纪法学界最重要的发展。国内对其有一定的研究 ,但对于法律经济学发展线路的系统性研究并不多见 ;文章从法律经济学产生发展的各个历史阶段进行分析 ,揭示了法律经济学的发展历程 :由经济学学科到法学学科 。
In the west, Law and economics is the most developing field during 20th century. Scholars at home have done some research on its origination and development, however, there is no systematic study. This paper is to analyze its developing stages, and to make a basic description and point out its trend in the future.
