摘要
从工业社会的价值观念出发对研究型大学的教育模式进行探索,提出了以人格、人文、能力为基础的PHA教育模式及其理念,建立了一套具体实施过程,并对在实践中应用PHA教育模式培养人才的效果作了介绍,指出了研究型大学教育改革的一种方向。
Starting with the value concept of the industrial society, an exploration is made on the educational mode of the university of the research type. A PHA educational model based on personality, humanity and ability is proposed. A set of concrete implementation processes is built up. An introduction is made on the results of cultivating talented personnel by applying the PHA educational mode. It is indicated that it is an orientation of educational reform to build a university of the research type.
