摘要
随着信息时代的到来,以教育投入体现出的人力资本已成为决定一国经济实力和国际竞争力的关键因素。本文就人力资本对经济增长的作用进行了实证分析,认为我国要想保持经济持续增长的势头,就必须不断地提高技术水平和人力资本水平,以促进生产率的持续增长。
As arriving of information period,brians capital becomes the key element to decide economic power and international con-test ability of a country.This thesis emphasizes the contribution of brians capital to economic growth in an empirical analysis,then conclude we must advance technology and brians capital level in order to keep economy and productivity increase rapidly.
