摘要
就业是民生之本,就业问题是安徽省当前和以后一段时间重大而艰巨的任务。当前,安徽省劳动力就业问题包括就业歧视问题、非公经济的不发展问题、劳动力市场的不健全问题等。要全面充分地解决就业问题,除了对症下药外,安徽省还必须正确认识处理效率优先与就业神话、政府主导与社会神话以及人口擎肘与经济神话的关系。
Today,people generally live on their wages,so getting a job is very important to everyone.But being employed is not easy under market economy.Now,how to solve the employing problem has become a very difficult task of Anhui province.The unfair em-ployment,the slow development of private economy and the,imper-fect employing market,and so on,present situation is all these problems getting entangled.So,in addition to suiting the remedy to the case,Anhui province must deal well with the relationship be-tween efficiency first and myths of employment,a versatile govern-ment and myths of society,heavy burden of population and myths of economy,except according to specific circumstances.
