三峡工程船闸中闸首光弹性试验应力分析

摘要 本文根据三峡船闸地质实测资料和设计条件,用光弹模型研究船闸中闸首水平截面,在闸门推力作用下闸首和基岩联合承载时的应力分布,并且与有限元计算成果作了比较。还对船闸空间应力的分布和危险区域作出估计,可为三峡船闸的设计提供参考。 试验采用相同弹性模量模型、组合模型、变厚度模型,模拟基岩与混凝土建筑物不同弹性模量,这不仅可以了解基岩弹性模量变化对结构应力的影响,而且有助于在解决变弹性模量问题时选取合理的试验方法。 On the basis of geological measuring data and design criteria, this paper studies the stress distribution at horizontal section of middle gate bay of lock by phyotoelastic experimental method and with middle gate bay and rock foundation jointly subjected to load under the action of thrust push of gate. These results obtained were compared with that calculated by finite element method. This article also estimates the stress distribution at three dimesional lock and danger region. It is of some reference value for design of Three Gorge lock.The experiments adopted the models composed of several materials and varing thickness for simulating rock foundation and concrete structures with various elastic modulus.This will not only help to know the influence of changes of elastic modulus in rock foundation on structural stress, but also will help to choose the rational experimental method with the problems of varing elastic modulus solved.
