大型藻类净化养殖水体的初步研究 被引量:63

Preliminary study on purification of mariculture water by macroscopic algae

摘要 对7种大型藻类吸收营养盐的情况进行了对比分析,筛选出蛎菜(Ulvaconglobata)和草叶马尾藻(Sargassumgraminifolium)两种吸收效果好的藻种进行了NH4 N浓度梯度实验,并用蛎菜进行了净化养殖水体的模拟实验。结果表明:草叶马尾藻、蛎菜和网地藻(Dictyotasp.)对NH4 N的吸收效果较好,平均吸收速率分别为0.0064、0.0054和0.0053mg/(g·h);草叶马尾藻对NH4 N的最佳吸收范围为(4.0±0.4)mg/L,而蛎菜有(1.5±0.2)mg/L和(4.5±0.4)mg/L两个最佳吸收范围;在养殖水体模拟系统中加入蛎菜,对水体中NH4 N及PO4 P有明显的吸收效果。 Nutrient uptake by seven kinds of macroscopic algae was studied contrastively. Ulva conglobata and Sargassum graminifolium were (proved) to have perfect effect, and they were studied by the NH_4-N concentration series uptake experiment indoors. The purification experiment of mariculture water system with Ulva conglobata was done. The results showed that Sargassum graminifolium, Ulva conglobata and (Dictyota) sp. have the perfect effect on NH_4-N uptake, with average uptake rate 0.006 4, 0.005 4 and 0.005 3 mg/(g·h) respectively. The (optimal) NH_4-N uptake range was (4.0±0.4) mg/L for Sargassum graminifolium . While Ulva conglobata has two optimal uptake range: (1.5±0.2) mg/L and (4.5±0.4) mg/L. In the simulated experiment, Ulva conglobata has apparent uptake for NH_4-N and PO_4-P.
