摘要
储罐内涂层施工质量的优劣是决定防腐层性能的重要因素。针对施工作业中易忽视的金属基体表面处理质量、涂料组分配比、腻子刮涂质量、施工方法等方面的问题进行了分析 ,指出涂料涂敷前的除尘质量是影响防腐效果的重要因素 ,而且焊道附近。
The applying quality of internal coating for tank is a key factor to judge the property of coating material. Some applying procedure like surface preparation,determination of proportion of coating materials and sealing material's applying and so on is often ignored. It is pointed out that the dust removal, especially welding seam or in the vicinity of the seam and the corner of the steel structure of tank, before coating applying is very important to ensure the coating quality.
