摘要
本文从社会、经济与生态效益协调的观点出发,对长江中上游地区生态环境目前存在的主要问题、成因作了论述,并提出了相应的对策。
From a point of view of accordance of society, economy and ecology, the primary prblems, causes of ecoenvironmet in the middle and upper reachers of Yangtze river have been expounded, appropriate countermeasures are also put foward.
