摘要
用脉冲激光沉积技术制备了掺杂纳米金属颗粒Au或Fe的BaTiO3复合薄膜 .用透射电子显微镜和x射线光电子能谱表征了金属颗粒的形态和化学态 .330— 80 0nm范围的吸收谱研究表明 ,掺Au颗粒的BaTiO3薄膜在 5 80nm附近有一个明显的共振吸收峰 ,而掺Fe颗粒的BaTiO3薄膜没有这样的吸收峰 .
Nanocomposite thin films formed by nanometer-sized metal particles embedded in BaTiO 3 matrices (Au/BaTiO 3,Fe/BaTiO 3) were fabricated using pulsed laser deposition technique.The morphology and chemical state of the embedded metal particles were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,respectively.The absorption peak due to the surface plasmon resonance of Au particles was observed at the wavelength of about 580nm in Au/BaTiO 3 films.However,optical absorption spectra in the wavelength range of 330—800nm showed no significant resonance peak in Fe/BaTiO 3 films.The results were explained by Mie theory.
