摘要
本文总结黑龙江省历史震害经验,针对省内长冬严寒造成的房屋震害特点和烈度较低的地震形势,提出相应的抗震防灾对策。
The paper summarized the experiences of earthquake damage in history of Heilongjiang province. Regarding the characters of building earthquake damage and the lower intensity due to the long winter, the paper proposed the corresponding aseismic countermeasures of Heilongjiang province.
