研究了温度、光照及不同贮藏期对雪上一枝蒿种子发芽力的影响。结果表明 :雪上一枝蒿种子萌发需要温度较低 ,大于 2 2℃时萌发则受到抑制 ,达 30℃时则完全抑制其萌发 ;光照对其影响不明显。常温储藏的种子较 0～
Effect on temperature, light and different preservation stage of the seeds of Aconitum brach ypodum Diels were studied in this paper. The result showed that seeds of Aconitum brach ypodum Diels germination only need lower temperature, over 22 degree the seeds germination would be restrained, 30 degree all seeds could not germination again. The effect on light of the seeds of Aconitum brach ypodum Diels was few. The germination ability on 0~5 degree preservation was obviously higher than normal temperature preservation.
