摘要
根据多年来参加我国普通高等学校本科教学工作评估的亲身体验,总结了评估工作所取得的主要成效与经验。分析了评估工作存在的主要问题:评估体系的建立健全与评估机制尚未真正形成;评估理论与方法的研究需要进一步加强;评估主体过于单一,评估机构过于官方化;需要进一步充分信任专家,依靠专家;需要进一步提高评估的质量。并提出了解决这些问题的对策与建议。
The main effects and experiences of the university undergraduate teaching assessment of our country are summed up based on the own experience during the many years.The main problems in the assessments are analyzed:the assessment system has not been wholesomely established and the assessment mechanism has not been really formed;the research on the assessment theory and method needs strengthening;the principal part of the assessment is too single,the organization is too official,and more belief and reliance of the experts is needed,to advance the quality of the asessment.And also the solutions and suggestions are put forward.
