摘要 目的 探讨PACS诊断工作站与小型DSA匹配在介入治疗中的应用价值。方法 PACS诊断工作站通过视频采集转换方式采集岛津公司的WHA 5 0N/S小型DSA的PHDSA方式获得的视频图像 ,使用DICOM 3.0国际标准。对采用该系统检查治疗的 6 7例图像资料进行分析 ,评价该工作站的使用效能。结果 将PACS诊断工作站与小型DSA相接后 ,将原来的PHDSA视频图像转变为 10~ 2 5帧 /s的数字DSA图像 ,可上传输至PACS ,达到资料共享。提高了图像后处理的功能。应用该系统获得的数字图像能够保持原设备的清晰程度 ,无明显失真 ,可以显示 1~ 2mm的 3~ 4级血管。结论 采用小型DSA与PACS诊断工作站相匹配 。 Objective To study the applied value of picture archiving and communication system(PACS) diagnostic workstation (Medvision 2.06)matching miniature DSA in interventional therapy.Methods By means of video acquisitionconversion PACS diagnostic workstation collected PHDSA video images obtained by the miniature DSA(Shimadzu WHA50N/S) were analyzed according to DICOM3.0 international standard. The images of 67 patients examined or treated by this system were analyzed, and the efficacy of the workstation's was evaluated. Results Linking the PACS diagnostic workstation with the miniature DSA, the original PHDSA video images were converted into digital DSA images of 10~25 frames/second. Those images would be transmitted to PACS and the resource sharing was achieved,thus the post processing function of image was improved. The digital images obtained by this system could keep the clarity of the original equipments without distinct distortion, and display the 3~4 level vessels of 1~2 mm in diameter.Conclusion The matching of miniature DSA and the PACS diagnostic workstation can provide reliable guarantee in interventional treatment.
