摘要 以安农S-1为不育基因供体,用常规水稻品种为轮回亲本连续回交,在F2中出现有较高频率的育性可转换的核不育株,不同的轮回亲本,F2代不育株对低温的敏感程度不同,转换为可育的时期不同。文章对水稻雄性核不育两用系的选择方法,常规水稻品种在转育两用不育系中的作用,进行了探讨。 When An-NoneS-1 was used as donor of sterile gene and a conventional rice variety was used as a recurrent Parent to do successive backcrosses, genie sterile plants whose fertility could be transformed were found with higher frequency in F2.The degree of sensitivity of F2 sterile plants to low temperature and the period of their transformation to sterility would be different. if the recurrent patents used were not identical in the paper the method to choose dna1Mpurpose genie male sterile lines and the role of conventional rice varieties i4 transfer of dual-purpose genie male sterile lines are also discccssed.
