摘要
介绍了粘接技术在石油装备上的具体应用。重点介绍了油田钻井液振动筛用板式叠层粘接筛网和波浪型筛网的粘接技术,包括胶粘剂选择、表面处理、胶粘剂调配与涂敷、固化压紧等工艺过程。新型筛网的研制成功,大大提高了钻井液的处理量和净化效果以及筛网寿命。还介绍了在液压修井机和钻井泵维修过程的应用情况。现场使用证明,粘接技术在石油装备上的应用是非常成功的,也取得了较好的经济与社会效益。
In this paper, the bonding technique practically applied in petroleum was presented, for example, the bonding technique was used to bond the plate laminated screen and the wavy screen of drilling fluid shaker in oil field including the selection of the adhesive, surface preparation, adhesive curing pressure, time and temperature and so on. The bonding technique was applied in maintenance of hydraulic workover rig and drilling pumps too. In situ application results showed that the bonding technique applied in bonding technique s was very successful and a better economic and social benefit was obtained.
