由三状态的观察确定单电离通道的转移速率 被引量:2

IDENTIFYING TRANSITION RATES OF IONIC CHANNEL SVIA OBSERVATIONS OF THREE STATES

摘要 当电离通道活动能够被描述为一类连续时间可逆马氏链时 ,所有的转移速率都可以由三个状态各自的生存时间和死亡时间分布唯一决定 ,因而整个马氏链的统计性质由它们的统计所决定 . That all transition rates were uniquely determined was proven by the distributions of their lifetime and death-time at three states when an ion channel can be discribled by a reversible Markov Chain with continuous time.As a result,all the statistical characteristics based upon the statistics of the lifetime and death-time can be estimated An example to illustrate how an ion channel activity was fully determined by the observations of three states,was provided.
