摘要
在对字符结构进行大量的理论分析和试验统计分析的基础上，设计并实现了一种基于特征编码的手写字符识别系统。实践证明提取的特征简单明确，识别系统快速有效。
This paper analyzes the structure of character by theory and experiment, and developes a handwritten character recognition system, this system recognizes character by giving feature a code. The experiment result shows that the feature is simple and definite ,and this system is valid .
