摘要
从当前Web挖掘的现状出发,提出了基于知识利用的智能检索综合Web挖掘引擎系统IWMES，并基于IWMES阐述了多层关系数据库的概念，提出了实现工具WebML（Web挖掘语言）设想方案与模型实例。
This article advances the system model of IWMES (Intelligent Web Mining Engine System) on the basis of knowledge utilization, and based on IWMES, it discusses the concept of MLDB and makes out conceiving scheme and model instance of implementing means——WebML.
