摘要
基于CLIPS构造并实现了一个轻量级的规则脚本语言Athena，此脚本语言的设计完全面向应用，在精简CLIPS语法和功能的同时，增强了领域特征和应用能力；并且配备了相应的可视化开发环境，具有易于掌握和开发的优点。本脚本语言在电子政务协同工作领域中得到了初步的应用，取得了较好的效果。
This article proposes a new rule-based script named Athena, which is realized by the engine of CLIPS. The Athena script is designed completely for some special application scopes for which the CLIPS functions and grammars can be simplified to fit the requirements while some other language features are enhanced. A visual develop environment is also created to make the Athena script even more easy-used. The Athena script has been applied to some e-Government projects and got pretty good remarks.
