摘要
目的 :探讨神经生长因子 (NGF)在牙齿损伤过程中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法及显微图像分析系统比较正常和冠折状态下以及急性根尖周炎早期的NGF在牙髓中的表达变化。结果 :在正常牙髓中NGF染色呈弱阳性 ,冠折后染色强度加深 ,而急性根尖周炎早期的NGF在牙髓中呈强阳性表达。结论 :NGF参与牙齿损伤后牙髓组织的炎症反应 。
Objective:To investigate the expression of nerve growth fator(NGF)in pulp of permanent anterior teeth with crown fracture.Methods:Compared with normal dental pulps,the changes of NGF in permanent anterior teeth with crown fracture were observed and the expresson level of NGF was analyzed with the jmage pattern analysis instrument.Results:The expression of NGF was weakly positive in the normal pulp group,increased in the crown fracture group and strongly positive in the acute periapical periodontitis group. The patients felt tooth pain gradually severe in these stages.Conclusion:NGF may take part in the imflammatory response of dental pulp and the dental pain after incisal fracture.
