摘要
我国分散染料的产量和出口量均占世界第一位,经常生产的有120个品种,超过万吨的染料品种有3个,超过千吨的有20个。但商品化质量差、染料的纯度不高,环保问题未引起足够的重视。深入研究和完善商品化技术、相关的理论问题以及染料商品化技术与染色性能的关系是提高我国分散染料产品水平和附加值的必由之路,制造技术的不断进步,加强应用服务工作是分散染料商品化过程中的重要环节。加快我国分散染料商品化过程对分散染料产品结构调整和促进发展有重要意义,有5篇参考文献。
The volumes of China's output and export of disperse dyes are the largest in the world. China produces more than 120 disperse dyes, among which the annual output of three dyes is over 10,000 tons and of twenty other dyes, over 1000 tons. However, the quality of these dyes is not yet satisfactory, purity is relatively low, and environment problems remain to be solved. Stressing the improvement of commercialization technologies, the study of the relevant theoretical questions and the relationship between commercialization and dyeing properties will enhance the quality and added value of China's disperse dyes. Improving manufacturing technologies and offering better customer services are critical to the successful commercialization of disperse dyes. Undoubtedly, accelerating commercialization of disperse dyes is very significant in reforming China's disperse dye industry and promoting its development.
