摘要
建立了HPLC法测定莲必治注射液及注射用莲必治含量。采用C18 (4.6mm×150mm)柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.02mol/L 磷酸二氢钾溶液(10∶20∶70),流速1.0ml/min,检测波长220nm。亚硫酸氢钠穿心莲内酯在0.24～2.4mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率98.7%,RSD 0.60%。
A HPLC method for determination of andrographolide sodium bisulfite in Lianbizhi injection andLianbizhi for injection was established. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.02mol/LKH2PO4 solution (10∶20∶70), at the detection wavelength 220nm and the flow rate 1.0ml/min. The calibration curve waslinear in the concentration range of 0.24～2.4 mg/ml (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 98.7% with RSD of 0.60%.
