摘要
目的:建立喘康颗粒剂的试制及其质量研究的方法。方法:实验试制了五个批次的喘康颗粒剂,以喘康颗粒剂中主要成份盐酸麻黄碱为指标,采用双波长薄层扫描法进行含量测定。结果:标准曲线为 S=1105.34c+8.172,r=0.9992,线性范围2ug/ul~10ug/ul。结论:此法简便易行、稳定,可作为含盐酸麻黄碱制剂的定量参考。
Objective:To establish a method for Chuan Kang Granule's Trial-manufactured and studied of Quality method:Five batches of chuanKang Granules were trial-manufactured. Granules were studied.Granules were studied qualitatively and quantitatively using hydrochloric acid ephedrine as the standard by means of TLC method and double wave-length thin layer scan- ning.result:The liner regression equation obtained is S=1105.34c+8.172,r=0.9992,liner range is 2~10 ug/ul,conclusion:The method was simple,easy and stable.It can be used qualitative and quantitative and quantitative analysis of preparation which contain hydrochloric acid ephedrine.
