摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法测定人参浸透液中人参皂苷 Rg_1与人参皂苷 Re 的含量。方法采用 C_(18)(150×4.6mm,5u)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(99:400),流速1.2ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为203nm。结果人参皂苷 Rg_1、Re 这两种化合物分离度符合要求。结论本方法简便、准确、可以作为人参浸透液含量的测定方法。
Objective:To establish a HPLC assay for the determination of the chro- matographic separation was performed on a C_(18) column(150mm×4.6mm,5um).A linear gradient elution of acetonitrile—0.050% phosphoric acid (99:400)was used.The flow rate was 1.2 ml/ min.The column temperature was 30C.The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm.Results The separationtolerance of ginsenoside-Rg_1 and Re conform to claim.Conclusion The method reliable and repeatable.It can be use for the determination of panacea imbued solid.
