摘要
目的 :建立测定声振人血白蛋白注射液细菌内毒素检查的方法。方法 :确定合理的声振人血白蛋白注射液的内毒素限值 ,利用不同厂家的鲎试剂对不同批号的声振人血白蛋白注射液进行干扰试验 ,以确定最大稀释倍数。结果 :声振人血白蛋白注射液稀释 6 0倍 ,对细菌内毒素检查鲎试剂反应没有干扰作用。结论 :方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of bacterial endotoxin in 5% Sonicated Human Albumin. Methods: Set up a reasonable limit of bacterial endotoxin for 5% sonicated human albumin. The interference test was conducted by using TAL reagent from the different factories in order to establish the maxinum times of diluted liquid. Result: Sonicated Human Albumin diluted 60 times showed no interfere in bacterial endotoxin in test with Sonicated Human Albumin. Conclusion: This method was found to be simple,quick, accurate and is suitable for the determination of bacterial endotoxin in sonicated human albumin.
